Changes

There are two BaseX works with three configuration files : * <code>.basex</code>: contains all options that are relevant for running the server or standalone versions of BaseX. These two configuration files * <code>.basexbasexgui</code> & defines all options relevant to the BaseX GUI.* <code>.basewinbasexperm</code> are contains user name, passwords, and permissions. By default, all files stored in the home directory. They can be placed in the application directory as well.
