Changes

This [[Module Library|XQuery Module]] provides functions for executing system commands from XQuery.  =Conventions= All functions in this module are introduced with assigned to the {{Mono|<code>http://basex.org/modules/proc:}} prefix</code> namespace, which is linked statically bound to the <code>proc</code> prefix.<br/>All errors are assigned to the statically declared {{Mono|<code>http://basex.org/moduleserrors</proc}} code> namespace, which is statically bound to the <code>bxerr</code> prefix.
